Tri-Marq Sponsors Lanyon Live 2015

November 2, 2015  by Betsy Johnson

Lanyon Live featured informative, inspirational speeches from some of the meeting planning industry’s leading minds and most compelling personalities. The latest trends in the meetings, events, travel, and hotel industries were discussed while picking up best practices that inspired everyone. The event was held at the Fairmont Dallas, Dallas TX.

Tri-Marq Communications, Inc. was honored to be part of this inspirational event as a sponsor and produced the general sessions. The main screen was 45′ x 15′ with two screens flanking the stage that were 20′ x 15′ and used to display content. We also used LED panels approximately 10′ x 4′ which added an opportunity for more branding.

Tri-Marq managing partner and show director, Jim Culhane said “Tri-Marq was proud to help Lanyon take the next step with their signature user group event.  The combination of creative staging, projection, lighting, and technology made for a potent experience for the audience.”

Culhane also spoke with Sara Moseley of Right On Pointe during a breakout session. The presentation, titled “Putting the Wow in Your Event” touched on how today’s best planners are creating events that engage the audience through ultrawide screens, projection mapping, 3D animation video, and more.

Lanyon’s software solutions for meetings, events & travel have helped organizations & hotels around the world to engage their customers, reduce costs and grow their businesses.

We shot this project in-studio and in-camera to perfect the black limbo effect. Using clean, crisp typography and illustrations, we highlighted the light's features/benefits. Other tricks we used: haze machine, jib arm, dolly, and a little bit of stop motion—just for fun.
