Hype Video | 2 of 2 | 2022-2023

Marquette Basketball

Tri-Marq was tasked with creating two Intro videos for Marquette Men’s Basketball 2022-23 season, with this video being the second of the two. Shooting footage for both videos on the same day, we captured shots of all 17 players, coach Shaka Smart and members from the Spirit Squad. To capture footage for two creative concepts we installed two ‘sets’ for players to rotate through at the shoot. We combined this footage with aerial video of campus, downtown Milwaukee and Marquette’s home arena, the Fiserv Forum. To top off this high energy video that plays before every Marquette home game, we integrated existing game highlight footage.

The set for this video used a black backdrop, dramatic lighting and high frame rate camera. We created custom animations and content for each video and handled effects in post. We handled all creative, location shoot logistics and editorial. To round out this comprehensive project, we created complimentary content that airs in-sync with the main video playing on the center scoreboard and throughout the arena. This provides an immersive in-game experience for Marquette fans. Player headshots are created that match each video for introductions of the team on the court.

Marquette fans packed the Fiserv Forum on Monday f Marquette fans packed the Fiserv Forum on Monday for the @marquette.basketball season tipoff. Not only did MUBB start the season with a W, but the first hype video of the season aired.

These intro videos and player headshots are always one of our favorite projects - high energy, good collaboration, and a blast filming with the team, Coach Smart, and the Athletics department.

The idea of "Be a Domino" is a central message in Marquette's team culture, so Tri-Marq designed a set that incorporated domino-like dots showcased with dynamic lighting effects. We mixed last year's highlights, along with an energetic soundtrack, to make this come alive. To make it an extraordinary fan experience, we create complementary content on every inch of the LED boards in the arena that are synced. Stay tuned for the second intro video coming soon👀

This month, our client, AHTD, hosted their 2025 Fa This month, our client, AHTD, hosted their 2025 Fall Meeting at the JW Marriott in Tampa, Florida. The event hosted 300 attendees for general sessions and breakout rooms. Tri-Marq handled AV and event production and worked with @atomicdesigninc to build the modular event backdrop.

Earlier this month, The Association of Equipment M Earlier this month, The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) hosted The Utility Expo, the largest event for utility professionals and construction contractors, and Tri-Marq was boots on the ground (and in the sky!) to capture it all. 

We filmed and produced this recap video to recap the event and the experience of its over 22,000 attendees by capturing b-roll footage, as well as several interviews, over the course of the 3-day event. 

By combining on-site interviews, showcasing the attendee experience, with dynamic b-roll, drone footage, and motion graphics, we brought the full Utility Expo experience to life.
