As our latest addition to the Meet the Staff series, this is Justin Foren, our talented Art Director and Motion Designer. Justin has been the force behind much of Tri-Marq’s creative and digital content for the past eight years. Justin graduated from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida, where he earned both an Associate’s Degree in graphic design and a Bachelor’s Degree in digital arts and design, even graduating as valedictorian from his associate’s program. His passion for art began early, fueled by his love for drawing, comic books, and video games, but it wasn’t until high school—where he spent most of his time in the art room—that he realized design was his calling. During this early stage of his creative career, his art was displayed at the state fair and earned various awards.
While he had originally planned to start his career with logo and website design, Justin quickly found himself drawn to the video side of the creative process, diving headfirst into motion graphics and animation. Since joining Tri-Marq, his work has been recognized with multiple well-deserved ADDY and Telly Awards. But for Justin, the magic isn’t just in the final product, it’s in the creative process. He thrives on the challenge of solving problems, experimenting with new techniques, and refining his craft.
Outside of work, family is the heart of Justin’s world. He’s an assistant coach for the U9 Brown Deer boys’ soccer team, staying actively involved in his kids’ extracurriculars. As a family, the Forens love traveling to Florida, especially Tampa, where they can explore new places like Legoland and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. At home, they enjoy watching Marvel, Disney, and Pixar movies, and they share a love for cooking—especially making pizza dough and fresh bread from Justin’s very own sourdough starter.
Justin also has a passion for collecting Legos and action figures, with a special interest in Star Wars, F1, Animal Crossing, and Zelda. Outside of the house, Justin is a member of the Wisconsin Fishermen & Hunters League, where he donates his time each year to help maintain the grounds. His family has been involved with the club for over 80 years, with cabins up in Crivitz serving as a special retreat.
A firm believer in staying level-headed, Justin approaches every situation by considering all perspectives and keeping his cool. His ability to balance creativity, patience, and problem-solving makes him an invaluable part of Tri-Marq’s team, where he helps bring ideas to life through stunning visuals and motion design.
