General Manager’s Meeting (Virtual Event) 2020

HID hosted it’s 2020 General Manager’s Meeting virtually. This was a year to engage audiences in a different way than in-person events, so HID challeneged Tri-Marq to create an engaging and fun event for it’s guests globally.

Tri-Marq Events, Inc. produced the virtual conference that included live presentations broadcast from location in a hotel ballroom. Tri-Marq built the main studio in the ballroom using LED curved walls and set design. Presenters used two desks and stations. Addiitionally, a smaller ‘studio’ was built and used for the breakout sessions. Presenters hosted each breakout session from the hotel and were broadcast live to the virtual audience.

Tri-Marq produced the entire event on location. The virtual event technical team ran the platform and show from back stage with the on-site event team.

Curved LED walls, hard set design, lighting, AV, cameras, audio equipment, virtual platform production, speaker rehearsals, live Q&A, polling, and full production were handled by Tri-Marq Events, Inc.
