As part of the Catholic Financial Life employee recruitment campaign, Tri-Marq produced a series of videos, digital spots, and testimonial clips to use throughout the CFL website, on social media, and targeted recruitment blasts.
The first video series of the campaign focuses on three CFL Advisors. Each video followed the Advisor in their daily work. Each Advisor highlights the reasons why they joined Catholic Financial Life.
The concepts in each video, which were also created into 30-second digital spots, covered the benefits of the position including flexibility, compensation, and giving back to the community.
Tri-Marq approached each location shoot with minimal crew and lighting, focusing on the employee to share their story through the genuine activity of their days, b-roll footage, and recording them for the voice-over narration.
Additional components of the recruitment campaign included interviewing a dozen CFL employees. Each employee answered a series of questions and Tri-Marq developed multiple digital short stories. These are used on social media, throughout the CFL website, and in marketing and recruitment email blasts.
