Annual Meeting 2025

Our longest client, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) held their 2025 Annual Meeting in Miami Florida. We embraced the event’s theme, “The Art of Balance,” through the stage setup. We partnered with an automation company out of Atlanta to design and engineer how to create a dynamic, moving backdrop of 8 “paintings” made from LED panels. The two center paintings were moved vertically, resembling the balance of the scales of justice.

Apart from the physical design of the show, our graphic design team also took the theme graphics that AEM created and expanded on their ideas to craft all the on-screen imaging for the event. Utilizing AI tools, per client request, we generated unique images for each presenter, including a stylized head shot that matched the theme.

With our graphic design and event teams working together, we were able to create a unique, dynamic stage design that wow’d attendees.
