The Power Of Digital Signage for Events

May 7, 2026  by Alaina Salas

In a digital world, brands have a lot to gain from embracing digital signage for events. Whether used internally for company-wide events or to broadcast your company brand to thousands in high-traffic areas, digital boards offer dynamic, real-time, consistent brand identity that strengthens guest experiences, increases brand visibility, and builds customer loyalty. We create custom content designed specifically for digital environments, from Times Square to a hotel ballroom.

Here are some ways we’ve collaborated with clients in the digital space:

Brand & Event Recognition

One of the ways digital signage is most commonly used is for brand recognition. Sometimes it’s as simple as branding a corporate event and promoting team morale (and photo ops!). Other times, it’s about launching your brand to position the company as innovative and tech-forward, which increases credibility in competitive markets.

Ultra-large displays, like a Times Square takeover in New York City, push your brand to a larger audience instantaneously. When you’re exhibiting at a large conference or trade show, it can be hard to stand out in a sea of brands. Dynamic, moving content on digital signage or video boards catches everyone’s attention.

Whether it’s internal event branding, large-scale advertisement, or an ultra-large display to broadcast your company, digital signage video boards improve brand visibility and recognition.

Wayfinding + Answering FAQ’s

As event producers, we understand how critical it is to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for your meeting and event attendees. Your guests are there to celebrate accomplishments and engage with your company, so providing clear wayfinding and accessible information is imperative to building a welcoming, memorable environment.

Guide attendees to download and explore your event’s app before they step onto the trade show floor. Or use it to communicate the day’s activities, key locations, and important updates. Not only does this content enhance navigation, but it also creates a more interactive experience so attendees can enjoy the event.

Displaying Stats

Instead of having your keynote speaker spend valuable time presenting a long list of numbers and stats, showcase key statistics on screens as your audience enters the ballroom. LED columns and panels are an effective way to engage guests before they are even seated, creating a dynamic and visually compelling experience. Using LED technology throughout the presentations to reinforce key messages and data points helps keep everyone engaged and helps key points hit home.

Sports Marketing & In-Game Experience

Digital signage also plays a key role in the gameday experience. On the athletics side, get the crowd fired up with dynamic, powerful graphics spread across multiple LED screens with synchronized content, immersing the audience in the excitement of the game. Or display your exciting hype videos and custom-designed content across the LED boards to complement the action on the jumbotron. Even splash play-specific graphics, live stats, and player highlights throughout the game to keep the audience engaged in the action.

On the advertising side, take advantage of every marketing opportunity before, during, and after the game with custom-designed brand advertising content with single-screen ads or an entire arena takeover. Or activate the crowd in real-time with social media-based sponsor giveaways. Whether you’re focused on creating the best in-game experience for your fans or promoting your brand at the big game, LED digital signage is a main feature of the event.

We shot this project in-studio and in-camera to perfect the black limbo effect. Using clean, crisp typography and illustrations, we highlighted the light's features/benefits. Other tricks we used: haze machine, jib arm, dolly, and a little bit of stop motion—just for fun.
