What is an executive Producer?

The Executive Producer (EP) leads the Tri-Marq team on your meeting. They oversee all aspects of pre-conference and on-site production, manage the overall budget, and function as one of the primary contacts for your event. The EP works closely with your team to help develop and plan your project.

What is a senior producer?

Working with the Executive Producer, the Senior Producer provides guidance on your program, creative design, and keynote development. 

What is a content producer?

The person managing the content for your program. They will work closely with our PowerPoint technicians, graphic designers, and teleprompter operators to make sure content is organized, updated, and ready for presenters.

What is an event producer?

The Event Producer assists with all aspects of pre-production, from creative set design and content design to script writing and media production.

What is an account executive?

The Account Executive is the other primary contact for your team. They work with the Executive Producer to make sure all your project’s needs are met. They handle the contracting and billing for the project.

What is a Technical Director?

Our Technical Directors are in charge of all technical needs for your meeting. They create CAD layouts of the general session and breakout rooms, renderings of stage designs, and technical wiring diagrams. They work with department heads (video, lighting, audio, etc.) to ensure a flawless on-site execution of the event. 

What is a Media Producer?

The Media Producer works with your team to create any video or motion graphic content for your project. They also coordinate post-production work on video recordings created during the event.  They work closely with the Content Producer and Art Director.

What is an Art Director?

The Art Director creates, edits, and manages all art and motion graphics for an event. They oversee content created to ensure it complies with your brand guidelines. 

What is a Video Director?

The Video Director manages and directs any on-site video production or live streaming needs for your event

What is a Production Coordinator?

The Production Coordinator manages the logistics for the on-site execution of your event, from dock access & room setup/strike to insurance requirements and overnight security needs.
