Every year, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerc

Every year, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner takes place in Madison, Wisconsin. Last year, for their 69th annual event, our friends and clients at the Chamber entrusted Tri-Marq to bring their vision to life ‘By Design.’

The event took place at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center with 1100 people in attendance. Each year, the Chamber asks Tri-Marq to help create a unique experience that would not only be creative, but also engaging for such a large audience. Tri-Marq producer, Eric Redding, who has been helping the Chamber for a decade, always aims to keep things fresh at the annual event and had just the solution.

Eric conceptualized a thrust stage with three content screens to engage viewers from all angles and worked with the in-house union audiovisual crew to assemble his design for the event. The stage is flanked by drapes with an image magnification (IMAG) screen on each side so all the attendees had a clear view of Greg Hoffman, the keynote speaker for the event. Tri-Marq Co-owner, Chris Johnson, was on-site to help walk through rehearsals and direct the show’s fast-paced lighting, audio, and video cues.

To make this show a success, Tri-Marq managed all of the show design, event pre-production, A/V production, and run-of-show. The 2022 event went off flawlessly and Tri-Marq is already hard at work on the 70th Annual Dinner in 2023!

The Tri-Marq team has been all over the country this month traveling tens of thousands of miles for shows in San Diego, Chicago, Orlando, Nashville, Palo Alto, Palm Springs, and here in Wisconsin. #tbt In 2008, Tri-Marq started our work with the Marquette Men’s Basketball team. In all the years since, we always look forward to trying out new techniques and pushing our creative boundaries to achieve the effect the men are looking for in their season content. While the winter athletics season may seem like the distant future, for us in the video production industry, it’s right around the corner. With team content shoots in the late summer and sponsor graphics material coming due as early as next month, Tri-Marq is already gearing up for another great season with @marquette.basketball #mubb #WeAreMarquette

Since 2014, Tri- Marq Communications has been work

Since 2014, Tri- Marq Communications has been working with EAA AirVenture to produce live coverage of their daily airshow. Since 2020, we have also handled all live streams that appear during the eight day run of the show. They can be seen at eaa.org/live.

The event, which starts next week, will be the 70th anniversary of the iconic Oshkosh air festival.

We are honored to bring the AirVenture experience to those watching from home with live streams of all airport activity, full coverage of the daytime and nighttime airshows as well as special programming from around the grounds.
