“Having our executives together at our Commercial Growth Summit gives us a valuable opportunity to capture content, and Tri-Marq helps us make the most of it. Together, we incorporate video shoots and photography into the event schedule, meeting a range of communications needs while making efficient use of our leaders’ time. Tri-Marq’s versatility across live event production, videography, and photography brings tremendous value to Numotion. With one team supporting all three, we can simplify coordination, maximize our production investment, and create content that serves our business long after the event ends.”
– Numotion
These are the kind words that make us smile. More importantly, they remind us why we love what we do. Our clients see the value in having a team they trust to bring their vision to life, solve problems, and make the most of their investment. That’s the full Tri-Marq experience!
Our client, Numotion, hosts their Commercial Growth Summit annually. The yearly conference is a perfect example of utilizing the full scope of services provided by Tri-Marq Events & Video.
As Show Producers, we work side-by-side with the Numotion staff through every phase of the process. We handle pre-production, develop creative designs, source audiovisual equipment, oversee on-site production, direct rehearsals and show flow, support breakout sessions, produce and edit video content, and capture professional photography.
Not every meeting or conference requires all of these services. But when the opportunity is there, by combining them, our clients get even more out of their time, budget, and investment.
Let’s take a closer look at how we continue to bring the full Tri-Marq experience to this year’s Numotion Commercial Growth Summit (CGS):
Show Management & Pre-Production
Successful meetings start long before your guests arrive at the hotel. For a meeting like Numotion’s Commercial Growth Summit, pre-production begins 8 to 12 months in advance. This is when we lay the groundwork for everything that happens on-site.
Our Executive Producer and Account Executive work closely with the client to understand their goals, scope, programming, and vision for the conference. Our Technical Director (TD) visits the venue to conduct a site survey to gather the technical specs and details needed to bring the event to life. We draw room layouts, figure rigging requirements, and plan AV and logistics.
If you’re wondering, “What the heck is a TD?” Learn more about our event crew roles here.
Additionally, we consider individual needs for each client. Numotion is a leading supplier of mobility equipment and services, serving people with a wide range of mobility needs. That status makes accessibility an important consideration for our team. We plan for accessibility requirements, including ADA-related equipment and staging, to ensure every space is safe and functional.

Show Day Production
From our very first meeting, everything we prepare for months in advance leads to this moment: show day. We follow the process we have refined over 40 years of experience to ensure our clients’ conferences run smoothly. When our team arrives, they know every detail about the big event. From stage design to lighting, big screens, rehearsals, and live show direction, our crew seamlessly executes every element.

Breakout Sessions
Some of the most meaningful conversations happen outside the main ballroom. Breakout sessions allow for closer connection and collaboration with colleagues, and those conversations depend on having the right tech and confidence that they are managed well.
Microphones need to work. Screens and projectors need to be ready. This year at Numotion’s CGS, our team supported 17 individual breakout sessions, coordinating everything needed for the very important small-group work to run smoothly.

On-Site Video Production
A summit or conference brings people, stories, and ideas together in one place. On-site video production provides efficiencies to make the most of any conference by capturing valuable content with staff or customers already attending the conference.
For Numition, our three-person crew—Director, Director of Photography (DP), and editor working from an on-site editing suite—filmed throughout the week and produced five videos. Through their work, Numotion was able to generate additional content without having to coordinate separate filming projects at another time.
Here’s what we produced:
- Kierra’s Story — A Customer Update 10 Years Later: In 2016, Kierra shared her heartwarming story as a Numotion customer at the CGS. Ten years later, we revisited her journey and revealed a full-circle moment: Kierra is now working at Numotion as a marketing intern!
- Numotion Branch Feature: With the Summit taking place near one of its service branches in Aurora, CO, we took advantage of the location to capture an interview-based story featuring a Numotion technician and a customer.
- Foundation Fundraiser Recap: The Numotion Foundation Fundraiser brought staff together for a fun wheelchair basketball tournament. Our team filmed the action, friendly competition, and team spirit in a recap video that preserves the energy of the enjoyable event while raising money.
- Customer Event Recap: This event gave customers a sneak peek at what’s coming next in the alternative mobility market.
- Overall Event Recap video: This energetic conference recap captured the power of the Summit. It included interviews with team members from Motion, Numotion’s newest acquisition based in Canada, helping bring the growing company together through this story.
Beyond the Event: Recruitment Interviews
We also captured interviews on-site for Numotion’s recruitment department. Using a breakout room transformed into a temporary production office, our crew set up a green screen “set” and captured interview footage for the client to use however they choose.
This is the advantage of having a video production team on location. With the crew, equipment, and production space in place, clients can take advantage of the time to capture additional content while key people are together.
The result? Five videos and additional content—all created during one event—each serving different purposes and extending the value of the Summit beyond the conference.

Professional Photography: Capturing the Moments
Video isn’t the only way we add additional value to your conference. Professional event photography captures the people, connections, and memorable moments. The images can then be used for internal communications, social media, marketing, and future promotion for next year’s meeting.
Many of our clients also take advantage of having a photographer snap employee headshots. It’s convenient for employees and guests to receive a professional headshot on-site that they can use for company directories, LinkedIn profiles, and other professional needs.

That’s a Wrap! The Value of the Full Tri-Marq Experience
While no two conferences are alike, Numotion’s annual Commercial Growth Summit is a great example of what happens when a client leans into our team’s production expertise to make the most of their time together. Beyond producing the main stage, we supported 17 breakout sessions, created five videos, captured recruitment interviews, and provided professional photography—all as part of a coordinated production experience.
Having partnered with Numotion for nearly a decade, we’ve developed a process that helps each event run smoothly while adapting to their evolving needs.
That’s what maximizing your ROI looks like to us.
