For the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AE

For the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM)'s 2025 Annual Meeting in Miami, FL we had the chance to bring their theme–“The Art of Balance”–to life in a fun way. We created a stage setup built around eight LED “paintings,” each designed to move. Working with an automation team from Atlanta, we engineered a backdrop where the two center pieces moved up and down, almost like the scales of justice finding their balance.

On the design side, our graphics team took AEM’s theme artwork and ran with it, building out all the on-screen visuals for the show. At AEM’s request, we used AI tools to create custom imagery for every presenter, including stylized headshots that fit right into the overall look and feel.

With our event and design teams collaborating with our longtime client of 28 years, our work with AEM leading up to show day was off the charts, yet again. Together, we pulled off a stage experience that felt fresh, dynamic, and totally on-theme—and everyone loved it.
