This month, our oldest client, The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) held their annual meeting at The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California. As proud, long-term partners of AEM, we look forward to collaborating each year to reimagine their annual meeting. This year, we were challenged to bring a Coachella vibe into a resort ballroom.

To bring the ballroom to life, we created a visually exciting stage experience. The setup included angled side video walls, a curved LED ribbon, digital podiums, and a lighting package worthy of Coachella. We captured the vibrant colors of a desert sunset and mixed them with a music festival in the graphics we designed for them.

From concept to execution, the Tri-Marq team handled every detail, from stage & graphic design to on-site production and run-of-show.
