Employee Meeting Case Study 2018

Tri-Marq has partnered with TASC for many years producing their Employee Meeting. So it is critical to continually provide value added solutions to TASC, as well as all of our clients. Tri-Marq focuses on the details while never losing sight of the big picture, and providing solutions. Therefore each year Tri-Marq develops new staging ideas to share with the event team at TASC. Solutions to take their event to the next level. And 2018 was no different.

Tri-Marq created a wall configured of set tiles to the stage design, with LED up lighting. To take it to the next level, Tri-Marq animators designed 3D animation to project onto the wall. We incorporated TASC’s new brand that was introduced to the employees at the meeting, using the new colors, fonts and photography. We also incorporated imagery to compliment speaker presentations and of course used the event’s theme graphics.

Stefanie Adams, TASC marketing director says, “There is a relationship that’s been built over the years where there’s just trust. And it (the relationship) continues to raise the level every year.”

This #tbt, we're throwing it back when we partnere This #tbt, we're throwing it back when we partnered with @greystarapartments to create this video geared toward employee recruitment. Tri-Marq had crews on location for several days at different locations and events, capturing several interviews from staff and executives, b-roll footage during construction tours, and finished properties.

Once location shooting was complete, Tri-Marq developed the story from the interviews. This phase began with transcriptions and searching through the hours of sound bites from the staff and executives. Once the story formed, b-roll, photographs and music and sound track are added to round out the video.

Greystar used this video as an addition to their efforts to recruit new employees through their campus visits and online. In addition to this long-form video, Tri-Marq also created shorter, easy to digest clips for each topic for individual marketing purposes.
