Courting Carmel

After acquiring the well-respected San Francisco-based property management firm, Carmel Partners, Greystar wanted to create a video explaining the process and amplifying the excitement around the company to debut at the corporate management meeting.

Greystar came to us seeking video work on this project with the goal in mind to create a buzz around the growth of the company and its future endeavors.

Executives involved in the process were told to give their behind-the-scenes perspective on one of the largest acquisitions in company history. We decided to also host a roundtable discussion where the executives’ passion and stories lit up the room as they bounced memories off each other, providing for some tremendous insights.

Multiple location shooting, script writing, producing, creative design, video editing and more contributed to this video work.
