Women for MACC’s ‘Designed to Inspire’ virtual gala was a truly unique experience all around. Not only was it the first year this event went virtual, but it was also WMACC’s chance to debut their new branding and ‘Mission’ video.
The goal of the event was to raise money to help fight childhood cancer. So, Women for MACC partnered with Tri-Marq to ensure the Gala had a lot of energy and kept people engaged until the very end.
To accomplish this, Tri-Marq incorporated a variety of different media – from Zoom interviews, to professionally shot videos, customized graphics, animations, and emotive music. We collaborated with the local NBC affiliate to get the Emcee remarks recorded, in studio. We integrated his segments throughout the virtual event to move from video to video. The individual elements were compiled into one, 30 minute show, with a 10 minute ‘pre-show photo countdown.’ The Pre-Show contained thematic custom graphics with photos of the kiddos.
From start to finish ‘Designed to Inspire’ was cohesive, from show flow, graphics and design to technical quality. The individual elements are repurposed for newsletters, blogs, social media, and on-demand. Included was a new Mission video showcasing the new brand and a patient story shared by the Clyde family.
Location shooting, speaker Zoom recordings, script writing, video design, motion graphics and animation, show producers and show design, AVID editing, audio and sound design, and final technical quality checks were involved to create this beautiful and heartful fund raising virtual event for Women for MACC.
