This month, our oldest client, The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) held their annual meeting at The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California. As proud, long-term partners of AEM, we look forward to collaborating each year to reimagine their annual meeting. This year, we were challenged to bring a Coachella vibe into a resort ballroom.

To bring the ballroom to life, we created a visually exciting stage experience. The setup included angled side video walls, a curved LED ribbon, digital podiums, and a lighting package worthy of Coachella. We captured the vibrant colors of a desert sunset and mixed them with a music festival in the graphics we designed for them.

From concept to execution, the Tri-Marq team handled every detail, from stage & graphic design to on-site production and run-of-show.

Last month, our friends and clients at @realbrokerage hosted their RISE conference at The Theater (formerly The Joint) in the Virgin Hotel, Las Vegas. Tri-Marq’s event team helped bring the stage to life with a nearly 50’ wide LED wall and two side screens, ensuring an immersive experience for both in-person and virtual attendees. We live-streamed the General Session, connecting remote viewers to the main event. With bright colors and eye-catching graphics, the show looked great, and we're thrilled to have contributed to its success alongside Real Brokerage!

To bring this event to life, Tri-Marq handled event production, stage design, sound and lighting design, technical direction, and run-of-show.
