Programming for the @eaa Airventure Airshows begin

Programming for the @eaa Airventure Airshows begins today, which means the Tri-Marq team has been hard at work preparing for months to bring EAA fans across the globe coverage of the event. We are proud to partner with EAA to produce live television coverage of the daily air show from 2:30-6:30 pm and the night show on Wednesday and Saturday. Nine crew members are on site to produce and direct the air shows all from our Master Control center (a 40-foot shipping container along the airfield). This clip from last year's event showcases the behind the scenes directing the airshow from the ground.

The event brings in nearly 750,000 guests onto the EAA grounds over 7 days. For those who are not able to attend in person, our live coverage averages over 204,000 streaming hours watched and 15,000-20,000 viewers daily. You can see the activities at the EAA Airventure Oshkosh 2024 Live Site:

We’re streaming LIVE! Attention all EAA fans, Tri-Marq is proud to once again partner with EAA Airventure Oshkosh to live stream the event for those who cannot attend. The Tri-Marq team are on the grounds working to bring you 10 live streams working 24/7 covering different areas of the grounds so you never have to miss a moment. In addition to round-the-clock streaming, Tri-Marq also broadcasts other daily programming, including the daily air show, night air shows on Wednesday and Saturday, Twilight Flight Fest, and Theater in the Woods. We even stream select arrivals and departures of specialty aircraft.

Each year, Follett hosts their annual sales meetin

Each year, Follett hosts their annual sales meetings for their Content Sales team and Software Sales team. This year, both events were held at the same venue in Nashville with one taking place in January and the other in February. While the meetings had different agendas, working in the same venue had its advantages; one site survey for our technical team, using some of the same spaces in the venue including ballrooms and breakout rooms. But most importantly, our partnership with the Follett team for over 10 years is the icing on the cake. Our teams work seamlessly together to provide successful outcomes for their sales teams. As show producers, we handled show management, created recap videos and coordinated event photography and staff portraits. Additionally, Tri-Marq managed pre-production, show management, AV crew, AV management.

The @wilson.center.arts is a vibrant performing arts center recognized as a cultural anchor in the Greater Milwaukee community. Each year the Center hosts its "Big Event", a fundraising gala celebrating the entertainment and educational experiences of the past year.

Tri-Marq was honored to create two videos in partnership with the center video showcasing its achievements, one to be a highlight at the show, and the other an anthem video to use beyond the event for years to come.

A dynamic animation approach was employed helping to connect the Center to the beautiful nature setting around it. This thematic look tied together the many activities of the Center, from stage to classroom to the great outdoors.

Footage from current and past performances showed the breadth of the Center’s offerings, creating a tool for raising awareness as well as funds.
