This year, the Marquette University E-Lead program celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Through this program, Marquette grads have the opportunity to take on roles that allow them to practice and strengthen their leadership skills, making them better prepared for the professional world ahead of them.
Tri-Marq was proud to help Marquette mark this milestone with a video that showcases all the good this program does for its members and the impact it has had on their leadership experience. We were able to build the story through a series of interviews with the members and leaders of the program while incorporating shots of the young professionals at work. The members shared their thoughts on the program to help us demonstrate the growth mindset it fosters: “The E-Lead program for me represents a period of profound growth and transformation of who I am, the way I think, and the way I view myself and my potential.”
This 2-camera interview shoot took place on Marquette’s campus in the newly constructed Dr. E.J. and Margaret O’Brien Hall and Engineering Hall, homes of the College of Business Administration and the Opus College of Engineering.
For this production, Tri-Marq handled creative, location shooting, project management, scripting, and all post-production.
